Terms of Service
These terms cover use of CrewLanes scheduling software and related SMS notices to staff.
The service
CrewLanes provides scheduling, work orders, and related tools for a subscribing company’s field team. Each company has its own workspace. Demo use is for evaluation and may be reset.
Accounts
The company is responsible for who it invites, for keeping logins secure, and for the data it enters. Staff must be authorized to receive operational messages at the numbers stored on their accounts.
SMS
SMS is optional. Staff (or a manager acting on workplace notification settings) opt in through the Users web form. Program details, frequency, HELP/STOP, and sample messages: SMS notifications. Privacy: Privacy Policy.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of employment or of using CrewLanes. We do not send marketing SMS on this program.
Acceptable use
Do not use CrewLanes to send unsolicited marketing texts, to text people who are not staff of the subscribing company, or to violate carrier or law (including TCPA and CTIA rules).
