CrewLanes is field-crew scheduling software. Each subscribing company has its own workspace. We do not sell, rent, or share customer or employee information for advertising.
Who we are
CrewLanes is operated from crewlanes.com. Contact: hello@crewlanes.com.
Information we process
- Account data you or your company enter: names, login, role, work email, mobile number, schedule and work-order details.
- Customer records the shop stores to run jobs (name, address, site notes) — isolated per company workspace.
- SMS data if a staff account opts in: mobile number, notify preference, and message delivery metadata via our messaging provider (Twilio).
How we use SMS data
If you opt in, we use your number only to send work-schedule and account notices (new or changed jobs, related operational alerts). We do not use staff numbers for marketing. Details: SMS notifications.
Twilio processes messages on our behalf. They receive the destination number and message body required to deliver the text.
Your choices
- Change or clear your cell and Notify setting in Users.
- Reply STOP to SMS; reply HELP for help.
- Email hello@crewlanes.com.
Retention and security
Company data stays in that company’s CrewLanes workspace. Access is limited to accounts the company controls. We keep SMS preferences until the account is updated or removed.

We will update this page if our practices change. The effective date is at the top.
